Chagai (Tea Rice)
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 cup sweet potatoes, cubed
- 3 tbsp. Habucha or green tea (1 bag tea may be used)
Bring water to boil. Put tea in tea ball and brew till desired strength or color is obtained. Add rice and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Add sweet potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
