Lilikoi “Kanten”

  • 3 pkg. gelatin
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can frozen guava concentrate

Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 c. water. Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Add the guava concentrate and the dissolved gelatin. Pour in pan and refrigerate until jelled. Cut and serve.

Substitute:

  • 1 pkg. orange jello
  • 1 can frozen passion concentrate
