Avocado Yokan
- 1 c. mashed strained avocado
- 2 pkg. gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 large (6 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. cold water. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add the ingredients and the dissolved gelatin. Pour in pan and refrigerate until hardened. Cut and serve.
