Avocado Yokan

  • 1 c. mashed strained avocado
  • 2 pkg. gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 large (6 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. cold water. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add the ingredients and the dissolved gelatin. Pour in pan and refrigerate until hardened. Cut and serve.
