Refrigerated Desserts

  • baked 9 x 13 x 2 crust

Bottom layer:

Dissolve 1 box lemon jello in 1 c. hot water. Let cool. Cream 1 – 8 oz. cream cheese; add 3/4 c. sugar. Add cooled jello to mixture. Whip 1 bottle whipping cream and add to mixture. Pour on top of cooled crust and chill until firm.

Top layer:

Dissolve 2 boxes or 1 family size jello (flavor optional) in 3 c. hot water and let it cool. Pour on top of cheese mixture and chill until firm.
