Jello and Pound Cake Dessert

  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 pkg. orange or lemon gelatin
  • 1 pkg. raspberry or cherry gelatin
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • pound cake or lady finger

Dissolve gelatin separately in 1 1/2 c. hot water. Chill. Dissolve 1 envelope unflavored gelatin in 1/4 c. pineapple juice. Whip 1 pt. whipping cream and add 1/4 c. sugar. Add gelatin mixture to cream. Dice chilled gelatin and add to creamed mixture. Line 2 loaf pans with pound cake. Pour gelatin mixture over cake and chill.
