SHIRAISHI'S PUPU CHICKEN

1/2 c. shoyu

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. green onion, chopped

Flour

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 chili pepper (remove seeds)

oil for frying

Roll chicken in flour and deep fry. Absorb oil. Roll in shoyu sauce.
