BOILED BLOOD SAUSAGE

1-2 Blood Sausage (Miko brand)

Beer (your choice)

1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil Blood sausage in beer and pepper for 30 minutes or till fully cooked. Cut into pupu pieces. Eat as a pupu or with hot rice.
