Quick Caramel Icing
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 6 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar (approx.)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Melt oleo. Add brown sugar and melt again. Add milk and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and beat until right consistency. Add vanilla.
