Pistachio Cake

Beat until blended:

• 1 box yellow or white cake mix
• 1 box pistachio pudding mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. salad oil
• 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Add and mix by hand – 1 c. soda pop or 7-Up. Pour in 9 x 13 x 2 pan or bundt pan and bake in 350 degrees F. for 30 – 40 minutes.

Frosting: Beat together:

• 2 envelopes Dream Whip
• 1 box pistachio pudding mix
• 1 1/2 c. cold milk

Frost cake.
