Skillet Burger Balls
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 slightly beaten eggs
Sauce
1/4 cup wesson oil
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
Combine ground beef, salt, egg and breadcrumbs. Shape into ball 1-1/2 inch in diameter. Brown in skillet in hot wesson oil. When brown on both sides, remove ball from pan. In same skillet, cook onion and pepper for about 3 minutes, then add rest of ingredients and heat to boiling. Add meat balls, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
