Steak Stroganoff
1 lb. round steak 3/4" cubes
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garUc, minced
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcesterire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 6-oz. can sliced mushroom and broth
Roll meat in flour, brown in hotfatln a large frying pan. Remove meat, add onion, garUc, and mushrooms, cook gently until onions are golden. Add rematning ingredients, cook until thickened and bubbly. Return meat and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour or until meat ls tender, stir, occasionally. Serve over fluffy cooked rice
