Lobster Miso Soup (Japanese)

 

1 lobster cut in serving pieces (raw)
Miso
9-cups boiling water

Put lobster In boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. Add miso according to your own taste. Add ajinomoto just before aerv1ng. Cubed tofu added before serving is very delicious. Garnish with chopped green onions.
