Fish Baked in Ti Leaves
2-1/2 Ibs. fish
1-1/2 tbsp. Hawaiian salt
Ti leaves
Scale and clean fish. Rub with salt. Wrap the fish in several ti leaves, tying the ends together with strlng or the fibrous parts of the ti leaf. Place In shallow pan and bake at 350 F. for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Serve hot in ti leaves.
Note: Additional flavor may be added by placing salt pork or bacon strips and slices of lemon on the fish before tying in ti leaves.
