Cup Cake

Mrs. Fusae Nakakura – Haina Macadamia

  • 2 c butter
  • 4 c sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c milk

Cream fat, add sugar gradually, then the well-beaten eggs. Beat mixture well all the while to keep the consistency the same. Add the milk alternately with the flour which has had the salt and baking powder sifted with it. Add vanilla and put in greased cup cake pans. Bake 20 min. in moderate oven, 350° F.
