Cream Cheese Cake

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • ½ t. almond extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract together very thoroughly or until smooth and thick and lemon colored.

Pour into greased 9″ pie plate.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.

Beat sour cream and 3 T. sugar and vanilla together thoroughly..

Pour mixture over top of cooled cheese cake and return to oven. Bake 10 minutes more.
