CHEESE BALL

 

1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese, crumbled

1 pkg. (4-oz.) blue cheese

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

2 stalks green onions, finely chopped

2 T. parsley, chopped

2 T. olives, chopped

1 T. wine

1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Combine ingredients except nuts and mix thoroughly. Shape cheese mixture into a large ball and chill for 2 hours. When firm roll in chopped nuts until completely coated. Serve with assorted crackers.
