CHEESE CRISPIES

 

Time: 20 minutes

Bake: 350°

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 cup flour

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

1 cup rice crispies

Combine all ingredients, adding rice crispies last. Form into walnut size balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
