Frosting
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 cups fresh grated coconut
Combine sugar and pineapple juice and boil until it spins a thread. Pour slowly over the egg whites beaten until stiff. Continue beating until of good spreading consistency.
