Guava Cake
2 cups sugar
2 blocks butter
4 eggs
1 cup guava pulp
1/2 cup guava juice
3 cups cake flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1-1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Cream sugar and butter well. Add one egg at a time to creamed mixture. Sift flour, nutmeg, soda, cinnamon and cloves together. Mix guava pulp and juice together. Add flour mixture and guava mixture alternately to creamed mixture. Bake 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
