Pumpkin Cake

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. pumpkin

Combine ingredients in the order listed and mix well. Pour in greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Bake in 325 degrees F. 40 – 50 minutes. Frost cake.

Frosting – Cream Cheese:

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Cream margarine and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and other ingredients. Frost cake.
