Pumpkin Cake #2

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. pumpkin

Combine ingredients in order listed and mix well. Pour in greased 9x13x2″ pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Frost cake.

Frosting:

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Cream margarine and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and other ingredients. Frost cake.
