Mini Chocolate Chip Streusel Cake

Streusel:

  • 1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels

Cake:

  • 1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Ea Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease pan.

2. For streusel, in a small bowl, cut butter into flour and sugar until crumbly. Stir in nuts and morsels. Set aside.

3. For cake, combine 1st 4 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a larger bowl, cream the next 3 ingredients. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Stir in chips and spread into pan. Sprinkle with streusel.

4. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until done.
