Boiled Frosting

• 2 egg whites
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 3 T water
• 1 tsp vanilla

Pour cold water on sugar and boil until clear. Whip egg whites until stiff. Add syrup slowly beating continuously until the mixture is stiff enough to spread. Add vanilla.
