Dark Chocolate Cake

  • 1 pkg. dark chocolate Devil’s Food cake mix (approx. 8 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (3 1/4 oz.)
  • 1 cup commercial sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips. Beat 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until cake test done. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Turn out on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling. Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar if desired.
