Chinese Pretzels
- 2 cups Cornstarch
- 1 cup Flour
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Water
- Dash of Salt
Mix all ingredients well. Preheat oil about 1 inch deep in a skillet. Heat iron in hot oil, dip iron into batter (do not coat top of iron) and then dip into oil. Cook until golden brown, turning once. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Makes about 100.
