Angel Food Delight
- 1 pkg Knox Gelatin
- 1/4 c cold water
- 1/4 c boiling water
- 1 c orange juice
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 bottles Avoset
- Angel Food Cake Mix
Bake cake according to directions on box. Cook thoroughly. Break into bite-size pieces in 9×13 pan. (half of cake)
Dissolve gelatin first in cold water, then in hot water. Dissolve sugar in orange juice. Combine and chill till slightly thickened.
Whip cream, whip gelatin and beat into whipped cream. Pour over pieces of cake. (If desired, use all of the cake instead of half)
