Char Siu Bao Filling
Combine in wok:
1-1/2 lb. Char siu, diced or chopped
salt to taste
6 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce (thin)
2-3 tsp. sesame oil (opt.)
2 tbsp. wine
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. chicken broth or water
dash white pepper
6 tbsp. cornstarch + 3 tbsp. water
Then fill into dough.
