Pork Tofu

 

1 lb. pork sliced
1 cake tofu
Green onions
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/4 tsp. aJinomoto
1 medium size carrot

Marinate pork in 1 tsp. shoyu and 1 tsp. sugar. Cut tofu in half inch cube and drain in colander. Stir fry garlic in 2 tsp. oil for 1 minute. Add pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add carrots, sliced very fine. Add gravy of:
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. shoyu
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup water

Bring gravy to a boil. Add tofu and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add onions and ajinomoto. Serve hot.
