Pork Roast (With Miso)

1 pc. ginger 2'' or 3'' mashed
2 cloves garlic (mashed)
3/4 cup miso
1 /2 cup sugar
3/4 cup shoyu
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
Mix miso, shoyu and sugar well in a large pot then add your ginger and garlic and mix well. Place your pork in the pot and simmer for 2-1/2 to 3 hours until done and well soaked in. Serve hot.
