Recipe for 10 Lbs. Pork (Okinawa-Style)

 

4 cups shoyu
1/3 cup vinegar
2-1/4 to 2-1/2 cups brown sugar
3 tbsp. salt
ajinomoto, ginger, garlic

Combine the above ingredients. Put pork into the mixture and cook for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Medium heat until mixture boils, then on low until pork ls cooked.
