Shrimp Creole

 

2 tbsp. oil
1 large round onion, sliced
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 large bell pepper, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 lb. fresh frozen shrimps, shelled

Heat oil in skillet. Fry onion and garlic. Then add shrimp and stir. Add tomato soup, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about five minutes then add green pepper. Serve over rice. Makes about 6 servings.
