Party Cheese Ball

2 (8-oz. pkg.) cream cheese

2 c. grated cheddar cheese

1 T. finely chopped pimento

1 T. finely chopped green pepper

1 T. finely chopped onion

1/2 c. nuts finely chopped (macadamia or walnuts)

1 T. Worcestershire

1 T. lemon juice

dash of salt

dash of cayenne (optional)

Combine cream cheese and cheddar, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well and chill for about one hour. Shape into ball and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers or celery. Have a ball!
