Instant Chocolate Nut Candy
1 pkge. homogenized instant chocolate pudding
1 lb. box (3-1/2 cups) confectioners sugar
1/4 cup chopped nut
1/3 cup soft margarine
1/3 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream
Empty the packed pudding into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, nut, margarine, and evaporated milk or cream. Mix with hands until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Press the mixture into a square or oblong pan and cut into squares. Yields about 1-3/4 pounds.
