LOMI LOMI SALMON

 

Percy Narinmatsu

1 piece fresh salted salmon

1 bundle green onions, diced

4-5 tomatoes, diced

ajinomoto to taste

3 C ice (crushed or cube)

Rinse off salt from salmon. Cut salmon into strips, removing bones & skin. Combine all ingredients & chill for ½ hr. It's ready to be served.
