Casserole Fried Chicken
2 pkges. fresh frozen chicken
1 large can button mushrooms
1/2 to 3/4 cup dry white wine
1 small can pearl onions or 1 cup fresh pearl onions
3 medium carrots, pared and sliced into thin rounds
Tarragon, sweet basil and paprika sparingly to taste.
Combine all ingredients into a casserole and bake at 350 F for one hour.
