Steamed Fish
1/2 pound fish
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sboyu
1 tbsp. black beans (dau see)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Chung Choi
1 tsp. oil
1 piece ginger crushed and cut fine
1 clove garlic
2 sprigs green onions, cut fine
Clean fish and let dry. Chop chung choi fine; mash black beans. Mix well ginger, starch, sugar, salt, chung choi, dau see, and oil and rub over fish. 
Arrange fish in dish and sprinkle with onion. Steam 20 - 25 minutes.
