Fish
Dress: 2 mullets or any white fish, about 2 lbs.
Heat: 1/2 cup oil
Add: Gradually and slowly to prevent splattering:
2 Tablespoon chopped garlic
2 Tablespoon chopped ginger
Cook till almost nut brown, set aside
Place fish in oblong baking pan
Cover with hot water, slightly salted. Use cookie sheet as cover.
Barely simmer for 10 minutes or less, until fish is set. Do not over cook.
Place fish on platter.
Sprinkle with: 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1 Tablespoon finely chopped chung choi (Chinese cabbage)
Pour: 1/4 cup shoyu with ajinomoto if desired
reheated mixture of oil, ginger and garlic
Serve immediately.
