Shore Dinner Roll

 

2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. crisco
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 large can salmon
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. mince onion
1-1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift together first three ingredients. Add crisco and mix well with fork. Beat eggs slight in measuring cup to make 3/4 cup. Acid all together. Roll out on floured board. Mix other ingredients together. Spread even on dough. Roll up like jelly roll. Bake in 400° for 30 minutes.
