Coffee Kanten

 

3 sticks white kanten
2-1/2 cups water
1 cup coffee
3 cups sugar

Break the kanten into small pieces and boll in 2-1/2 cups water, until well dissolved. Add coffee and sugar. Bring to a boil and turn off the flame. Pour into a pan or a dish. When set, cut into any desired shape.
