BACON & SHRIMP APPETIZER

 

3 T. wine

2 T. oil

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. grated onion

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. basil

Dash of pepper

1 Ib. bacon, med. fried

1 lb. med. shrimp, shelled & deveined

Combine all ingredients except bacon and shrimp; mix well. Marinate shrimp overnight in sauce. Cut bacon in half or in thirds depending on size of shrimp. Wrap each shrimp with bacon and secure with cocktail pick. Broil until bacon is crisp.
