APPLE WALNUT PAN CAKE
Yield: 9 x 13 inch pan

INGREDIENTS
1 can seasoned apple pie filling, (do not drain)
2 med. eggs
⅔ cup oil
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cup flour
1½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
½ cup nuts, chopped
TOPPING
1 cup sugar
½ cup sour cream
½ tsp. baking soda
METHOD
Combine all ingredients, adding apples last.
Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes.
Pour hot topping and sprinkle with ¼ c. nuts.
TOPPING
Combine and cook over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil.
Pour hot mixture over warm cake.
