Chili Con Carne
1 lb. hamburger
1 bell pepper (optional)
1 small round onion
1 large can (solid pack) tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
1-1/2 or 2 cans (15 oz.) kidney beans
Fry hamburger and onion well. Add bell pepper, can of tomatoes .and sauce then simmer. Add salt, sugar, ajinomoto, chili powder and kidney beans. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
