Char Siu #2

 

2 pounds lean pork cut in strips
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c shoyu
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
1/8 tsp. Chinese five spices
Few drops red food coloring

Soak pork strips an hour or longer and deep fry.
