Apricot Juice Cake

 

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten
2 cups cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup apricot juice nectar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with apricot juice. Add vanilla and lemon extract. Pour in well greased cake pans. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
