Fluffy Marshmallow Frosting
Combine 2 egg whites, 1 cup light corn syrup and 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with rotary beater or electric mixer until mixture stands in peaks. Add 6 diced marshmallow and beat until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 1/2 tsp. vanilla; continue beating until thick enough to spread.
