Delicious Chili With Corn
2 lbs. hamburger
1 Portuguese sausage, cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 pkgs. Schilling's Chili Mix
2 cans tomato sauce
1 small can stewed tomatoes
1 large can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 can mushroom
1 can corn, drained
1. Brown the hamburger, Portuguese sausage, onion, garlic, and celery.
2. Drain the excess fat.
3. Add all of the other ingredients except the corn.
4. Simmer for one hour.
5. Add the can of corn and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve with rice or crackers .
NOTE: Very good for Little League potluck. One recipe makes a lot!
