Super Good Chili

 

1 lb. hamburger
4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 Portuguese sausage, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tbsp. chili pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1-2 inch ginger, sliced

1. Brown hamburger, bacon, sausage, garlic and onion together.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring mixture to prevent sticking to the pot.
3. Serve over hot rice.

NOTE: Ginger helps to degas beans.
