Sweet Potato “Tempura”

 

Your mix should be 1/2 mashed sweet potato and 1/2 dough.

DOUGH RECIPE:

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. Bisquick mix

1-1/2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 egg

pinch of salt

1/2 c. milk

Measure dry ingredients into a large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients. Then add in your mashed sweet potato. Deep fat fry.
