Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2-1/2 cups flour
Cream first three ingredients, add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to batter. Shape into balls and flatten with fork. Bake in ungreased sheets in 375 F oven until done.
