Pumpkin Dessert

This is like an upside-down pumpkin pie! In fact, it is difficult to eat without flipping the crust that forms on the top—to the bottom. The crust is formed in a really interesting way. After pouring the “pumpkin pie filling” into the pan, you top it with an entire box of dry cake mix, pecans, and a cup of melted butter. When it bakes, the cake mix, pecans, and butter magically form a thick, delicious crust!
